About Kathy Poston:

Kathy’s true passion for health and well-being began to develop after she became an avid runner and endurance triathlete.  As a finisher of 7 Ironman events, she understands the important connections between fitness, nutrition, recovery and self-care.  ACE certified, Kathy is motivated to help everyone achieve their fitness goals, even when the goal seems too big to realize.
